In exchange for your referral, you will be eligible to receive the following:
WORKPLACE REFERRALS
Receive event catering services for your workplace team, department, or company (your choice) valued at 5% the value of the Workplace contract, up to $5,000. Terms and conditions apply, see below.
EVENTS REFERRALS
For Events individual customer referrals: receive private event catering services valued at 5% the value of the event contract, up to $5,000. Terms and conditions apply, see below.
For Events vendor referrals: receive a personal check for 2% the value of the event contract, as well as logo placement on Just Fare’s website. Terms and conditions apply, see below.

Workplace referrals thank you gift of “event catering services for your team, department, or company (your choice) valued at 5% the value of the workplace contract, up to $5,000” and the Events individual customer referrals thank you gift of “private event catering services valued at 5% the value of the event contract, up to $5,000” will both be referred to collectively as the “Customer Gift” in these Terms & Conditions. The Events vendor referrals thank you gift of a “personal check for 2% the value of their events contract, as well as logo placement on Just Fare’s website” will be referred to as the “Vendor Gift” in these Terms & Conditions.
Workplace REFERRALS & Events INDIVIDUAL Customer ReferralS
It is the obligation of the referred to explicitly inform us of their referrer’s information (full name, place of work (for Workplace), and email address) so that we may be made aware of the referral. This information must be directed to Kiyomi Doty for Workplace referrals, and to Jessica Whiteman for Events referrals.
We must be made aware of the referral prior to contract signing.
In order to be eligible to receive the Customer Gift, the referral must directly result in a contractual agreement between Just Fare and a new Workplace and/or Events client.
A referral is deemed “successful” upon signature of contractual agreement between Just Fare and a new Workplace and/or Events client.
Contract must be made with a client that is new to Just Fare and Potliquor, and has not worked with us in the past in any capacity.
This program applies only to referrals made on or after June 15th, 2023.
Initiating redemption and booking of the Customer Gift is the responsibility of the referrer.
Customer Gift availability is subject to Just Fare’s schedule of existing events and workdays.
Customer Gift can be picked up or will be delivered by Just Fare within a 50 mile radius of our HQ in Oakland, CA.
Customer Gift is an unstaffed offering - food will be dropped off and cleanup and disposal of any trash with be the responsibility of the recipient.
Customer Gift menu is limited to Just Fare’s existing offerings at the time of service, and subject to Just Fare’s discretion.
Customer Gift will not include alcoholic beverages.
Customer Gift value is calculated based on a percentage of the contract’s value, with a cap of $5,000. As of June 15th, 2023, the percentage is 5%.
Customer Gifts valued at less than $2,000 will be redeemed as a credit for a future Just Fare Events booking.
For Workplace referrals: Customer Gift will be redeemable once at least 50% the value of the new Workplace contract is received.
For Events individual customer referrals: Customer Gift will be redeemable when final payment is received for the resulting new Events contract.
Additional menu item and service requests outside of the Customer Gift value will result in additional costs and be the responsibility of the redeemer.
Additional service fees may apply.
EVENTS VENDOR REFERRALS
It is the obligation of the referred to explicitly inform Jessica (jessica.whiteman@justfare.co) of their referrer’s full name, email address, and business name, so that we may be made aware of the referral.
In order to be eligible to receive the Vendor Gift, the referral must directly result in a contractual agreement between Just Fare and a new Events client.
A referral is deemed “successful” upon signature of contractual agreement between Just Fare and a new Events client.
Contract must be made with a client that is new to Just Fare and Potliquor, and has not worked with us in the past in any capacity.
This program applies only to referrals made on or after June 15th, 2023.

The Just Fare website “preferred vendor” listing is subject to Just Fare’s discretion - it is the responsibility of the referrer to provide Just Fare with a high quality logo in png format. Your logo will be made into Just Fare’s brand colors to fit with the site, most likely Espresso hex #584040. See the “our catering clients” section on this page for reference.
Vendor Gift personal check will be cut once final payment is received from the referred, and mailed to the address on file of the referrer.
Vendor Gift personal check value is calculated based on a percentage of the contract’s value, with a cap of $5,000. As of June 15th, 2023, the percentage is 2%.
