  • Bulk, packaged, and in-house snacks over single-serve packaging.

  • Kegged, packaged, and in-house drinks.

  • Transparent sourcing guidelines: targets for % organic, local, woman- and BIPOC-owned vendors.

Select with your budget in mind

  • Precisely manage per person, per week or annual spend with our backend S&D database.

  • If sticking firm to budgets is paramount we will cease stocking high-priced items on Weds/Thurs/Friday.

  • Advise/swap product for more bulk or frugal options.

Community Feedback:

  • Annual or quarterly surveys engaging the community and receiving valuable input.

  • Product swaps at least quarterly with items that aren’t moving off the shelves well.

  • QR codes at each Microkitchen if preferred for anonymous.
